It was at midnight. The house was wide awake with Arip still on the lappie playing DoTa, Najmie and Amirul God knows where, and the other guys were watching a certain movie. A lively night. I was at the living room with Sean, in front of his lappie, having a chat while listening to songs and playing piano. When he stop and go to the kitchen to get a boxed milk and then just stand looking 21 floor down from the balconi;

"Hey 'Afi, you always asked where's the trash right?"

*throw the straw's wrapper plastic down*

He-how~ although it's a bit late~ well, MUSE's latest album was released on September 2nd~ or should I say... leaked~ The album that was scheduled to be released on September 15th (U.S. and Canada, September 14th in the UK, and September 11st in Italy, Germany and Australia) undergoes a bit of early-sale errors that was made at music stores in Melbourne and Paris~ and boy... I think I was a bit happy to hear that XP and guess what. I've just finished downloading and listening to the whole abum~ say yaay bwtches! XP

The Record

When I listened a slight bit of the opening track, Uprising, a bit of worries striked me since it hardly sounded like MUSE~ I was afraid I downloaded a wrong album XP but ater a while, I confirmed that it was MUSE with a whole different sound style- a more, could you say... orchestral music. And it wasn't that bad- in fact, I personally thinks it was great~ Uprising is certainly one of those rebel's anthem - or so to speak X3 of course, my type of song~

Another song that quickly grabs my attention would be United State of Eurasia. It certainly sound like a country's national anthem if not for the Arabic violin interlude XD

And there was I Belong To You which was very catchy.

I must admit that I enjoyed Exogenesis Symphonies but sadly I thought it was a bit draggy.

Maybe a song... It's been one heck of a time since I last jammed. I've only jammed once since I entered college. But back to where I was- yeah, it has really been some time since I jammed so the fact that next week is my semester break is a good opportunity for me to jam like crazy with my brother lol I think he'd love to play some simple punk cover songs like always (eventhough he's a complete metalhead) . The Never-Ending Life

I started college about 2 weeks ago (but class just started about a week ago)
So, TPM College. My first thought was... 'TPM wut?' XD Seriously, I've never heard of it but since it's not such a bad offer (at least for me) so I just grab it without any regret or whatever~

I got nothing to say about the college XP (I'm not gonna post about the college lameness XD)
But well, yeah there's the apartment. It's a small apartment shared with another 9 students. So... yeah~~~~ it's pretty much cramped but I guess it's not half-bad, I mean, I've seen worst.

Najmie : Sometimes called Jimi. He knows Japanese, Korean and a little Mandrin. Simply a language expert.

God, I've forgotten how I hate the roads in KL since like 6 month ago, when I went to CF~
In case you guys are wondering, yes, I got lost- actually my family got lost. Just one simple wrong turn got you into a whole bunch of trouble of getting yourself back to where you're suppose to be going. Yeah~ lame~ but whatever since I'm here already, at my cousin's house and writing this very post. Actually some may realize that I've been offline since a few days ago. Well actually, my internet fwked up(after a storm at my place)~ but hell, it's not like there's people who miss me. I've just downloaded it and listened to most of the song (don't support piracy? I'm not. I'm just curious XD I'm planning to buy the album if that'd makes you happy) and it didn't turns out disappointing. Overall, the sound was pretty much like American Idiot but with a little taste of Dookie some here and there. It's a little experimental I think.

Now, tracks that I pay attention to are;

• 21st Century Breakdown | of course, I've heard the single before but you'll realize some minor and major changes to the album version if you listen closely. Like the usage of guitar instead of piano on the intro also the lyric of 'My name is Samuel' instead of 'My name is no-one'.
• Know Your Enemy | gotta love the simple punk tune and the rebellious lyrics. Green Day for you~
• East Jesus Nowhere | brilliant lyrics.
• Last Of The American Girls | brilliant brilliant song. full of metaphor.
• Murder City | another song with a simple punk tune.
• American Eulogy : Mass Hysteria/ Modern World | I paid attention to this song since the Modern World part was sung by Mike Dirnt: Well, what do you know, his voice is pretty good.

So, overall, it was great lol I know, anyone that has been waiting for a few years for their album would say that XD but really, I mean it~ It's great. It's great to hear a mainstream band that would actually say (shout) their rebellious idea out loud. So, go Green Day~

Sound of Fanatism at C2AGE : CANCELLED | TEKKONKINKREET

Well, you didn't read wrong. I'm cencelling the plan of having a booth at C2AGE for several reason.
One of them (actually, it's the main reason) is financial problem.
I've been having problem with money since I'm going to college next month; it was pretty much uncalled for.
To those who had contribute, I'm really sorry and I promise I'll try hard to get the book done at another event, God-willing.
Same to those that have expectation toward us; I know the number are a few but well, sorry.

I just finished watching TekkonKinkreet... and all I can say is 'wow'.
If you thought you've watched the best anime yet, for sure you haven't watch Tekkonkinkreet.
Studio 4°C did a very great job with Tekkonkinkreet; I've always adores Studio 4°C work such as Breaking The Habit (Linkin Park's video clip) and Have I Got a Story to Tell You (from the DVD Batman : Gotham Knight) but Teakkonkinkreet is just a whole different level in every aspect, the graphic, the animation, the cinematography, like I said, every aspect.
And the idea itself- it's very deep but reacheble if you want me to say it that way.
Well, I'm not a man that would give spoilers. So, why don't you guys just get the DVD or download it from anywhere and get yourself watching. And yeah, make sure you prepare enough popcorn.

Hi-speed : The way I like it. and the cinematography wasn't half-bad for a Hollywood movie~
Many things are exposed in this movie or I should say pretty much everything was exposed in this movie about Wolverine. Some parts are very unpredictable but the other, you can guess easily. Dunno if it truly follows the comic (does it even based on the comic?) ORIGIN but at the very least, I LIKE IT! yes nuff' said.

watching a moe anime, I'm going to tell you that this anime is purely seinen. Yup, K-ON is a slice-of-life seinen anime and guess what? I LOVE IT! XD

Boring Saturday is boring desu :3

I'm obsessed with height but very paranoid of fall: I hate falling, cause when you fall, you'll feel like the world is pushing you down.

Saturday- the day without any trainee nurse for eye candy, not much costumers to keep you busy, the day the boss ask you to do as much as rough labour work as possible and the day of hell when the cashier didn't show up for work and replaced by the boss. FWK!

In memories of Azmeer (1991-2009) Rest in Peace

I woke up this morning just to wish I was dreaming. 2 old friends was on my door telling me a classmate had just passed away. Shocked, disbelief, sorrow, you name it, everything was running on my head, and then suddenly, blank.

I was there during the whole funeral. My tears almost fell when I saw the hopeless body lying there ready to be buried. I keep wishing I would wake up. But I didn't, I realize I'm standing on reality. A harsh one.

The others, the smiling faces, comforting each other with their smiles. Hiding the sorrow and trying hard to swallow the bitter truth. How long will that last before they break down and cry?

I didn't get to meet him for the last time, I wish I had. I wish I could tell him that I'm sorry... for everything.

What izzit with me lately?
I really feel down since I quit my job. I told my boss that I was going to pursue my dreams XD
But seriously, I am! Right now, I'm drawing a comic for Gakuen Tension also writing some songs along the way (who knows maybe I can fit it into my comic XD).

I went to my workplace yesterday to pick up my last pay, even when I say I was going to quit, I still help the others do the works~ Well, lucky me I don't have to wash the dishes XD
And here's my last pay; RM270. A very little amount, I know. Since I left work a week before the end of the month and on top of that, I did borrowed the boss RM50. Yeah, I suck.

Along the way home, I dropped at a local Jking store to but myself a jacket that cost me about RM80 TT^TT As I was leaving the store owner asked me "You're buying that? What do you work as?" since the one I bought is usually worn by teachers. With a bitter smile I replied that I've just quit my job and laugh. Unexpectedly, he offered me a job: as a despatch-something. But my jobless friend that came along with me snatch it since I don't have a licence XD
Then he offered another job, as a shirt designer! Me eyes went +w+ hearing that XD

He said that he'd give RM 10 for each design I could complete based on demand~ It's not much I know, but the fact that I like the job made me accept it~

So now, I'm free, have a job that I like and pursuing my dreams : life doesn't always suck after all~

Valentine's Day | About Her

I'm posting this on 01.30am (local time) of February 14th~ So, it's officially Valentine's Day~

Truth is, I heard some sad (true) love story from a few friends who're also forumers at CF forum- happens a few days before valentines. Just sending a message of, start a new start to those two girls. You know who you are~

Truthfully, I'm single right now. And my ex doesn't really like celebrating Valentine's Day~
So, I never actually had any proper Valentine's Day~
And right now, I am actually in love with a girl from the same school as me.
Ok, maybe we've already finished school, but fortunately we're still in touch with each other.

Maybe you guys are thinking "How about a picture, mate?". Ok~ Why not~~~

This pic was taken a few month ago- like at August or something. I forgot~
At that time we were both selling some stuff to fund our uniform unit, the Kadet Remaja Sekolah or better known as KRS.
Yup, we're in the same uniform unit and in fact, I knew her through this uniform unit which now I seems to miss.

The unit was one of the most unactive club as I joined it. But A few years after that, 2007 to be exact, it changed completely as a new president was elected. Ashraf, a very proud leader and one of the people that I actully respect. Coming from a fwked up family doesn't make him a pussy or an emo brat, instead making him a guy with a lot of more confidence and leadership. With him a a leader, the club make it's way to the top from the least expected club to one that's now respected and acknowledged by the school. From there too, I met her, Kai. Kai comes from her name, Kaisyah. I though hearing people calling her Kai is funny cause the name Kai is usually used by guys.

Heck. I don't even realize when was the time that we get to know each other for as long as I remembered, we didn't even talk to each other during the first year we're in the same unit.
Guess it just happens. XD

Er...
Being 2 years younger than her doesn't actually stop me from being friends with her.
As we started to know each other, I realize that we have some similarities, ones that I never expected to be; we're both into anime and manga stuff. From there, we started to gets closer and closer. I started to lend her some CDs and DVDs also manga and magz. Thus, a close bond is created. At this point, I've already liked her- In fact, I started to like her since I knew that she also likes anime and manga stuff. Beacuse for a moment, I thought she was like the other narrow-minded girls but when I get to know her, it's the total opposite; I can actually talk about anything with her, and I mean it, anything.

Now, I've been in this unsure state of telling her my feelings. We've known each other for quite some time. Good friends, that's what I'd call it, our relationship that is. I always wanted to tell her but I can guess that things will be fwk up if I do. Guess I'll just leave it as it is.

Whatever it is, I'm gonna make a chocolate for her tonight! Hope for the best for me and thanks Miyuki for the suggestion!
